Creative Health Care Insight (CHCI) provides an automated platform designed for health care — MyCHCI — along with related education and consulting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit mychci.com (the “Site”). We do not sell, rent, or transfer client data to any outside organization for money.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. Information you choose to give us when you complete a form, request information or a demo, register for or access the MyCHCI platform, subscribe to communications, or contact us — such as your name, title, organization, phone number, email, communication preferences, and the content of your messages.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at and moved through the Site.
Business/organization identification. We use a third-party visitor-identification service that uses your IP address to identify the organization associated with your visit, so we can understand which businesses are interested in our services.

Non-essential cookies load only after you consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. For the specific, always-current list of the cookies used on the Site, please see our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Your Privacy Rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Use the “Cookie Settings” control or send a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at AaronG@mychci.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
6. Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required. The Site does not separately respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
7. Data Security
Keeping data secure is a top priority for CHCI. We use industry-standard encryption (256-bit SSL/TLS certificates) across our Internet properties. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
